how can I remove extra email from the list in Apple ID ( face time and iMessage)?

Removing email address... I have old email addresses on my ‘contactable at’ but it keeps saying I can’t delete them...does anyone know how I can delete them? It tells me to go to iMessage and FaceTime settings, but neither email address is listed on there?! 🤷🏼‍♀️

"Your email address cannot be removed go to iMessage and FaceTime settings." Hi there. So if I head to the setting of my iPhone to the following section ‘Name, Phone Numbers, Email,’ I see a section of ‘contactable at.’ There’s an email that has been added here and when I click edit to try and remove it, no delete button appears. I then click the circled i button, a message appears on the screen: ‘your email address cannot be removed go to iMessage and FaceTime settings. ‘ And this isn’t even my Apple ID. I can’t figure out how to remove this email. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
