I pre ordered my iPhone 13 pro max on Sept 17, at around 4-5pm. I was wondering why it is taking so long to ship. Thanks !

When you placed the order, Apple would have provided an anticipated arrival date. As that date approaches, the status will change to preparing to ship, then to shipped. At that time Apple will send you an email with an updated arrival date. Also t that time your method of payment will be charged.
