Stuck at 3 minutes remaining

Just got new iPhone 13 Pro, transferring data from iPhone 12 Pro. 12 is stuck at 3 minutes remaining transferring data. Same thing happening with wife's transfer to new 13 mini. What am I missing?

How long have you been waiting for the transfer of data to finish? Are you seeing any error messages? You may need to keep your iPhones plugged into an electrical outlet and give them more time to finish transferring the data.
