Colour change on Apple Watch face

With the new update i can change the colour of the watch arm and the minute markers. But only with the orange colour will the arm and minute marks be the same colour and with the other colours only the second arm will the colour change.

now i know i might not be wording this correctly but hopefully pictures will give a better explanation.

but i was wondering if there was a way to change it to another colour besides orange on both the second arm and minute markers.
