How can I access my apple books on my pc?

my ipad is broken and I currently cant afford another one... I can access all my music, movies and tv shows but cant seem to get my books on my pc. Anyone know how? I am right in the middle of a book series that I paid for and want to finish it but cant

It's normally not possible to read books purchased from Apple's store without an Apple device. They mention that in the Requirements section of every purchase page. To read on a PC you need to get your books from another source.
