Does Mint Mobile support e-SIM for iPhone 13?

On 9/25, my iPhone 13 showed no service from 4 pm(it worked from last night to today), I rebooted it, reset the network, reinsert the sim card but can not solve that.

After that I tried my friend's mint sim card, not work as well, I try my Chinese sim card, worked and shows at&t.

I move the mint sim card to my iphoneX, it works.

I contacted with apple support and mint, no one can find the reason.

Is anyone who meets this problem as well? It is very annoying to lose network outside.
