Free SIM card

My cousin will buy an ( connect with your own later ) iPhone 13 from the US and will bring it to me in Egypt (Middle East)

If I move the Sim Card that is in my iPhone 11 now, does it work without problems

Is that means it is unlocked, sim free

Please Advice

Yes, it will work. Please check for GSM or CDMA networks in Egypt. There is no eSIM in Egypt as far as my knowledge goes. Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in Africa

I buy iPhones from the US and use them in India with Indian SIM Cards.
