Apple Music feature needed

I have a large playlist I did it’s over 60 hours long. Why can Apple make it so it will remember where I left off so I can play other things on Apple Music and Go back to that playlist and continue to play it from the last track I played? Seems a save file for the playlist is all that is needed. Otherwise I have to start the playlist all over again.
