My issue is my payment method is declined and issue in my credit

I do have Visa card credit, its been in my account for long time and working suddenly message “my payment method is declined”

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15

Possible fixes. Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store. -
