my payment methods is getting declined since 1st October despite provide the correct information

Despite providing correct information of my credit card it is getting declined. I had contact the bank, they suggested to get in touch with the merchant apple to resolve this issue.

Realize that Apple is likely just checking with your financial institution if the payment method is valid and getting a reply that something is inconsistent with their records. Check with your financial institution about the status of your card. Also check your payment information you are entering exactly matches what you get on bills from your card holder.
