iPhone XR receiver

Hello!

i recently updated my device to iOS 15.

I am unable to hear calls or voicemails through my receiver. The volume is too low and I have it turned all the way up. I also cannot hear play back on voicemails.

I have disconnected from all Bluetooth devices.

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
