Can you disable four finger swipe gesture?

I have a disability and sometimes more fingers than I am trying to use touch the screen. I deal with that with the touch accommodations built into iOS. However one that is really annoy8ng is when I accidentally swipe with 4 fingers and the app switches; is it possible to disable this, and if so how?
