How do I disable 'touch and hold to customise lock screen'?

A previous poster asked this, and the answer given was: Turn off 'Tap to open' in Settings > Accessibility > Touch. I cannot find this option on my 12 Pro with iOS 16. So is there a way of disabling this feature or not?

Context: in its wisdom, Apple decided to allow touch-holding the lock screen to bring up the customise function. But more often than not when I pull the phone from my pocket or just pick it up, my finger touches the screen and it goes into customise mode. It’s getting irritating now.
