No bluetooth keyboard support for phonetic Russian When using the onscreen keyboard on an iPad, phonetic Russian is available as an option. But when using the Apple’s bluetooth keyboard — where the phonetic keyboard would be the most useful — that keyboard is not available. Requesting a fix please!

What do you see when you go to the Add New Keyboard area for Vietnamese? This is what I see
