Recently I back up the data from 6S to 13 pro and some pictures are not copied and I am getting an error messenger either “ An error occurred while loading a

higher quality version of this photo”

or “Cannot Load Photo

There was an error loading this photo”.

Hey there!

Thanks for updating us and for sharing these additional details and screenshots. If you visit the iCloud website and sign in, are you able to see all your photos in the Photos app?

iCloud - Apple

If everything is loading properly there, the good news is that your photos are safe. However, we still need them to load on your new iPhone. Since our recommended troubleshooting didn't resolve your issue, you might want to consider reaching out to Apple Support for help. They can investigate this issue further with you. Just in case, you can use the link below to reach them:

Hi Vilas,

Thanks for your feedback. FYI,

Recently I transferred the data from 6S to 13 pro through quick start, Everything went perfect except few photos and videos having exclamation mark on both phones,

1) My older phone 6s has OS 14.4.2

2) I tried download & keep originals option, still some photos n vid are not opening (tried by deleting some other data to make some free storage available on 6s)

3)do have strong Wi-Fi network and no issues with App Store or any other aaps.

Hello wazm123.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're noticing issues with your photos. Specifically, they're not loading and you see an exclamation mark on them. We can understand how this would be an issue. Allow us to investigate this issue and assist in any way we can.

This does sound like a possible syncing issue with iCloud. Are you currently connected to a strong Wi-Fi network? If so, do you notice any changes or photos downloading properly? If you have Low Power Mode enabled, you might want to turn that off. This feature does pause iCloud Photos:
