Large video file shows on iPhone but does not show in DCIM folder on PC

Hi,

I recorded a video on my iPhone XR that is about 1 hr long. The video is on the iPhone and plays well. I hooked up my iPhone to my Win 10 PC and all video and photo files show up in the DCIM folder except this long one. I have searched and searched and have not been able to find a fix. Thanks

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Hello skeeterz71,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you're trying to transfer a video from your iPhone to your PC but when attempting to import it, you're seeing all other content on your iPhone except for the video. We'd like to help.

Here's how to Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Take a look at the section under "Import to your Windows PC." Do you have iCloud Photos enabled on your iPhone? If so, "If you have iCloud Photos turned on, you need to download the original, full resolution versions of your photos to your iPhone before you import to your PC. Find out how."

Also, try the steps under "If you're having trouble importing photos from your iOS or iPadOS device to Windows 10, try these steps:" in that resource.

If you're using iCloud, it may also be helpful to try to download the video on your PC from iCloud.com.

Have a nice day.
