Also reopen last closed window does not always work
Anyone else having this issue and know how to fix?

I have similar problems with ver 15 on my MacBook Pro running OS 11.6. My menu bar changes color. At first, it was only black and I thought it was a private widow. Very confusing and hard to read. I deleted cookies, cleared history, and still have the same issue.
Even more, serious is how ver 15 freezes and I have to either close Safari and start over or attempt to reload the page.
Uncheck Show color in tab bar in Safari's Preferences -> Tabs.
