electrocardiogram does not work
I am in Ukraine. and I can not activate the work of the electrocardiogram, on my watch of the 6 series, although the function should work

What level of WatchOS are you on? Ukraine is supported on ver 7.6.
Verify you are indeed at 8.0 by going by go to Settings on the watch, then General then About. Version is the WatchOS level you are on.
ECG is also effected by correct wrist orientation. Go to Settings then Orientation to check.
