Since iOS15 update, I can’t play music on 2 HomePods together as it was working perfectly before. Like when I ask Siri to play music in all my apartment. Both turn on, but one (and it can be one or the other) play music and the other stay muted. Same if play music on my iPhone and try to send it to both HomePods. Never had this issue before iOS15.

In the Home App - Long press on the HomePod icon - tap the gear icon - scroll down to Primary User - Apple ID
If the issue persists you might need to Reset HomePod by pressing the top method, then set them up again: Reset HomePod - Apple Support but you could try restarting them first via the Home App - scroll to bottom of settings to - Reset HomePod- Restart HomePod
Everything needs to be on the same wifi, signed in with the same Apple ID and iOS devices also updated to iOS 15.

I’ll try what you say, but how do you sign out Apple ID in Home App? Is it by deleting the house?
otherwise already rebooted the wifi. Didn’t help unfortunately.
After update our HPMinis began cutting in & out, in & out. Prior to that they were working great providing sound from Sony Bravia and via AppTv4k. We have reverted back to tv sound for tv. It's annoying, but having reset and rebooted every piece of equipment the problem still exists
And now with all devices on iOS 15.1… no change, still the same issues. Definitely an iOS 15 problem, still not solved. When playing on the 2 HomePod, both appear turned on and playing, but one only makes sound. It can be sometimes one, sometimes the other one.
I did everything and problem exactly still here. I reset the HomePods, reset Apple ID….
never had any issue in the last 3 years :( now I can’t play something on both the same time.
The problems still remain. I can reboot, reset, it always come back. Never happened to me before that last os update. Please tell me it is identified and will be corrected in a future update.
