Hi joeythehutt,

Could you let us know which Keynote version is installed on the Mac? You can locate this by opening Keynote > from the Keynote menu bar, click About Keynote. The version should be 11.2. If it is not, update here: ‎Keynote on the Mac App Store

Best wishes.

Hi joeythehutt,

The screenshot helps. If you haven't already, make sure all apps are up-to-date on all three devices, specifically the Keynote app: How to update apps manually on your Apple device

If they are all up-to-date and/or updating doesn't resolve the issue, restart all of them:

If the steps above do not help, for troubleshooting purposes, forget the Wi-Fi network on either the iPhone or the iPad, reconnect to your home Wi-Fi and attempt again.

Let us know if any of this helps. Best wishes.
