Blue borders repeatedly blinking on edges of my apple watch

I want to disable the blue borders I am getting it even though I factory reset settings and Checked all the options could any one please help me

Go to Settings > Accessibility and turn off Assistive Touch.

I contacted apple support and after searching for a while we were able to resolve the issue by turning off the Activating gesture setting to non (Accessiblity > Assistive touch > Hand Gestures > Activating gesture) and disable the Visual Signal
