Glitching keyboard

I wonder why my keyboard is glitching, I have a new iPhone 13 pro with the latest iOS update. This is so annoying please help.

Same with mine. Appears to be happening with all non apple apps I.e WhatsApp especially, fb, chrome etc. I’ve switched to safari as a result and have had no issues. Perhaps not ready for the faster 120hz refresh rate?
