Center Stage option not showing on ios15

I have the Ipad 11 2021 which I just received early September. Before updating to ios15, the center stage option can be turned on/off when i go the settings of each app (facetime, messenger, ms teams). But then i updated to ios 15 on September 16 and that option is now gone. Where can I find it?
