Auto launch audio apps - where to toggle on watch os 8

There No longer seems to be a wake screen choice in settings to turn this off — and I can’t find it in the ios watch app. Anyone figure this out? I won’t want audio apps to auto load.

incidentally this watch software is really buggy. I went to set a timer with Siri and it said timer app not installed!! 4 minutes later it worked.

Where is “Auto-Launch Audio Apps” on new WatchOS ? After a year, I'm using Apple Watch 6 again, but I found that the new watch OS lost the option Auto-Launch Audio Apps. If I can't turn this off, it means that my screen will show the music screen every time I'm listening to a song, which is not what I want, and I'd like to know how to turn this option off with the new system.

Watch display keeps defaulting back to Workout after upgrade to WatchOS 9.4 Prior to the most recent update with WatchOS 9.4, I could start a Workout (outdoor walk) on my Watch Series 7, change the display to Music, and it would remain on Music until I manually switched to another screen. However, after the update to 9.4, when I switch to Music it will only be displayed for a second or two and then switches back to the Workout screen. I use the Music app to play MP3s from my phone and like to see what's currently playing from my Watch at a glance without having to switch between screens.

It's in;

Settings/display and brightness at the bottom.
