Uploading to iCloud Paused in Messages App iOS 15

I see that a lot of people have the same issue for years now, and with different versions of iOS. I never had it before until I upgraded to iOS 15.

I see that the people who posted before did not get a real solution. My phone is on 80% charge and connected to WiFi.

What bothers me is to have a message of error constantly there, not knowing if there is something that is not working or if it is just a glitchy kirk.

Steve Jobs: "It just works" wasn't it?
