high kernel task CPU usage when connecting to 2 monitors

I have two Macbook Pro, personal and company.

When I used my personal Macbook Pro 16'' 2019 connecting two dual monitors and watching streaming (Twitch, Youtube, etc.), my kernel task will go up to 1000% and taking away most of my CPU usage. While disconnecting dual monitor and watching in laptop's screen doesn't have the issue.

My company Macbook Pro 13'' 2019 having lower configuration when connecting to the same dual monitors doing exactly the same thing (i.e. watching streaming) doesn't give any issues. Why?
