How to turn off "Notify Anyway" on iPhone
Is there anyway to disable [the allowing of] "Send Anyways" when I have Focus on, so I will not receive messages?

You can disable the "Notify Anyway" setting for each person or for each Focus mode.
To do this for a Focus mode, go to Settings > Focus, choose the Focus you want to change the setting for, then tap Focus Status. If Focus Status is turned off, then anyone you're texting won't be able to see that you have notifications silenced, nor will they be able to notify anyway.
You can also do this per person by going to Messages, choosing the conversation with the person, then tapping their name at the top of the screen. Again, make sure "Share Focus Status" is turned off, so they won't be able to tap "Notify Anyway."
