How do I remove this virtual machine from my Mac?

Years ago I uninstalled Parallels. I did an EtreCheck report today and found a virtual machines in my Mac I wasn't aware of. Are these from Parallels and how do I uninstall them? Thank you.

The volume located at /System/Volumes/VM isn't a virtual machine, rather it stands for virtual memory. It has nothing to do with Parallels. Your Mac uses the VM volume to store files that it needs to keep in memory if you don't have adequate memory available, or if the files should remain in memory but haven't been used in a while.

You can't touch this volume, but it shouldn't consume significant disk space. This volume should empty itself when your Mac restarts.
