I bought an Ipod touch 128 G an lost it in the airport a few weeks later. Can my Apple Care transfer to my replacement device once I buy it?

AppleCare can not be transferred between devices unless Apple is the one doing the replacement. If you have lost any hope of getting the lost device back, contact Apples Agreements team and request a refund for the AppleCare on the lost device. You will get a pro-rated refund for the time not consumed on the warranty and you can use that toward the purchase of AppleCare on the new device you intend to purchase.
