Spotify and Apple ID login

I somehow made two Spotify accounts using my Apple ID email (one premium with my service provider and a free one I apparently made using 'hide my email'). Seems preferable to use the premium account and login with 'continue with Apple' but that takes me to the free account with a @privaterelay.appleid email. To sign into my premium account I need to login with my Apple ID email and the Spotify password. Can I correct this and connect my premium account to my Apple ID login?
