Whenever I try to download something (not even 1gb large) the download starts but never finishes, then I cannot even stop the download and it just stays in the state of being downloaded until it eventually gives up.
I've tried reconnecting my apple account numerous times and it has not helped. I have no other OSX or IOS devices to test if the app store downloads.

Make sure you can use your internet with other features like checking pages on Safari or streaming a video.
Did you try this on Wi-Fi and cellular data?

I've gone through the steps previously a couple of times and have not had any luck.
Safari works perfectly and I have not come across an issue using it.
I know the issue isn't my internet because I've tried it on my hotspot and different home internets.
I don't know if this could be the issue but I do have constant storage issues but usually have 10GB free at all times so I don't really know if that would stop a 100 mb app download.
Only other issues I've had with my mac is something it just restarts because "something went wrong" so I don't know if that could play into why it doesn't work.
Just trying to think of anything that might stop the downloads and updates to assist.
