There was two subscriptions happened at same time for hotstar. I want cancel both and i want refund.

There are two subscriptions happend for hotstar, one for 399 and another for 499. I am not able to use that subscription in hotstar. So, i have requested for refund for both subscriptions.
Now refund status is showing as it is refunded, but I haven’t received it yet.
Kindly check and let me know the status of refund for the subscriptions for total value of 399+499= 898₹
