Can the Lidar sensor of an iPad Pro be paired with an exernal IR thermal sensor?

The Lidar-sensor of the iPad pro is great for visualising 3D objects and spaces. An external Flir One sensor is great to visualise surfacetemperatures. Using the IR-sensor instead, or on top of the color-camera, could result in 3D thermal images. They don't seem very compatible though. Can an external IR-sensor like the Flir One, or an IR-sensor in a different device like CATS62 be paired to the output of the Lidar sensor? Arno,
