iPhone 13 promax

Have an I13 and it’s very important I receive calls as I’m on call heart attacks etc. a colleague called 4 cvs and another once and no answer on my end. I never received any calls. They both have android based phones. I need all the help and guidance to resolve this.

Calls don't get through on iPhone 11 I’ve had my iPhone 11 for some years now and lately everytime someone calls my phone they don’t get through and the call says unavailable on their side. I don’t know what causes this because I don’t use dnd or block people. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

No I can and most of the time receive calls. It happened Saturday and it’s quite disappointing

Airplane mode is off and network settings are refreshed
