Not able to upload photos
I have opted for extra space on the I pad but I am not able to upload data. My I pad is full
iPad Air 2, iPadOS 13

The device will need some space to manage the sync to iCloud. You'll need to delete some content off of the iPad first.
P.S. The amount of storage on the iPad is fixed, so you cannot add space to the device.
