Cannot see PDF's to sync in Books anymore

I use to be able to sync my PDF magazines etc to my iPad but they don't show up anymore. My books are there. Not sure why. Tried looking in iCloud and everything seems fine. I didn't change any settings to begin with.

Can someone tell me why I cannot see them anymore and cannot sync to my iPad?

Syncing books to iPad I had books on my iPad and when i went to sync some new books from my iMac to my iPad all the books that were on my iPad disappeared. Can I do anything to stop this happening again

Can’t see PDF books on the books app on Mac So I recently downloaded some PDFs to the books app on my phone. All my devices are synced together so I can see it on my IPad but not on my Mac. I have the sync settings on, on my Mac but when I go to iCloud Drive in system preferences it doesn’t have books as an option.
