Apple School Manager App license accounts

Can I add locations in Apple School Manager to assign apps to two separate schools after I've already started assigning app licenses from one place? I have 3 server tokens set up already so it was initially set up to be this way but the apps were all purchased, put into one pot and shared through our MDM. The app licenses were not assigned specific locations through our MDM. I'm wondering if it's too late to start doing this now. I'm not sure I'll need to go back and transfer the licenses to the correct location (they've already been assigned to devices.)
