iCloud plus custom domain

I’ve set up my custom iCloud domain and added an email. It sends email fine but I’m not receiving any?

It took a few tries to get this setup. I used one of my domain and email to try this in iCloud+.


  1. It sends and receives to itself find using the Mac Mail app and the iCloud web app
  2. I can send to and receive from exchange and gmail email accounts
  3. I can NOT receive any emails from an IMAP email account, either from the email client (Mac Mail), or web app. Tried now to 2 days with no success.


Have you tried receiving from an exchange or gmail email, or those are not working either?
