It has nothing to do with your phone. All iPhones back up the same way. What option do you think your phone does not have?

Can you go to Settings, tap on your name, then iCloud, then iCloud Backup? What do you see when you do that?

Can you connect your phone to your computer, then follow the instructions in the link above to back up to your computer? What do you see when you do that?

As I have said, my phone does not have the same option to "back up now."

Here is what I see when I do what you have said:

--an icon at the top that says "Backups" under it, it says two back ups. Under that:

--Documents & Data (and the size of the backup) Under that:

--BACKUPS and under that

--The icons and names of my two phones (including the one I am phasing out)

I click on the icon of my old phone and get the last backup date and size. Under that, the option to delete the back up.

When I click on the icon for my new phone it's the same with the addition of the next backup size, and options on data to back up.

Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place but I do not see an option to "back up now"
