Macbook Air M1 Epson beamer switches off

Hi there,

I've got a new Macbook Air and use a lot of different beamers to give presentations. With one Epson beamer, however, the external monitor keeps switching off after 10 seconds (occasionally it switches back on again). On the external monitor a pop-up appears about the display and resolution.

The weird thing is that it worked fine the first time and that problems only started the second time.

Any idea what the problem might be and how to fix it?
