Thanks for reaching out through the Apple Support Communities about no longer getting notifications from that app.

To clarify, is this happening with the built-in Messages app, or the Facebook Messenger app?

Did you follow the steps from this article when reviewing your notification settings? Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Additionally, does that persist after restarting? Restart your iPhone

Does that behavior persist if you delete and then reinstall the Facebook Messenger app? Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
