Phone constantly rebooting

Hi,

So, it's been a while that my iPhone has been rebooting itself out of nowhere and with no reason.

The software is up to date, battery life isn't the best but I don't think this would explain the rarity of my issue.

Here's where it gets tricky, I'm able to override or prevent the phone from rebooting 100x a day, by keeping the media player (Spotify in this case) playing, meaning I have to keep my phone on mute the entire time.

I guess I found a temporary solution to this issue, hope you can help out.

Thanks

iPhone X, iOS 14

It might be a hardware (digitizer or other internal component?) problem, but we, just users like you cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Regards

Giulio
