Delete Key Switch Type for 2015 Macbook Pro

My delete key was a tiny bit sticky so I took it upon myself to remove and clean it.

The hinge came apart when I popped the key off so now I need to put it back together.

I've done this for numerous iMac keyboards and the switch mechanism has been very easy to reinstall.

The delete key on my 2015 Macbook Pro is impossible for me to understand. I have spent about an hour and a half going through youtube videos and websites and I still can't figure it out. It just does not hinge together in a logical way to me and I can't set it into a logical position.

This hinge type does not look like any other hinge I can find. I don't understand why this hinge type looks different to all the available tutorial videos. Even the examples shown on keyboard replacement websites look different.

Can anyone please tell me what key type this is and if there is a guide for me to reinstall it?

(Please don't simply tell me to take it to a service center, I don't have one near me and I would feel very silly going several hours out of my way to take it in for repair to put a key back on it. I am confident I can manage this with the right instruction.)

Thanks for any help!!!

I finally got it...

There are tiny holes inside the larger square piece. The smaller piece needs to fit inside of these to create the hinge.

The two upper hooks on the chassis will lock the inner piece down and the bottom tabs on the square piece will lock that into place. The mechanism should be locked down to the board but able to move.

I can't believe this took me so much work to figure out. All of the videos use different types of switches.

Hope this helps someone out...
