eas.outlook.com cannot identify message….keeps popping up.

Is there a step-by-step procedure to make this message box stop popping up 30 times in a 10 minute period basically making the phone unusable. iPhone 11.

I cannot find the account anywhere in my Settings, email accounts, passwords, it’s nowhere.

Hello lylefromdubai,

We'd love to assist you with removing the error message you are receiving. Based on the Microsoft Communities website here: Microsoft to clear the error it requires an Outlook account to be removed. If you have had one setup on the device in the past, then let's make sure we are checking the correct locations to delete it. This can be done by completing the steps below.

  • On your device, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
  • Tap the email account that you want to remove.
  • Tap Delete Account.

Best regards
