I have a series 2. Suddenly my digital crown button is not working. Please advise.

You might try cleaning it. See the 'Clean and dry the Digital Crown' section in:

How to clean your Apple Watch - Apple Support

But it might be a hardware problem. The quickest way to find out is to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible, use the online Apple Support option. Either way:
