I shared my Numbers sheet file with my team. Is it any way to tag or assign someone your comment on cell?

Perhaps you could color the cell backgrounds in some way to signify who you want to work on what.

I want to be sure that tagged person will receive a notification through email or Numbers app. So (s)he knows I had changed or tagged them on Numbers.
