What if I am from the US and travelled to the Philippines, which rate will I follow if I decide to upgrade my iCloud?

If you are travelling to the Philippines on holiday, you should be able to still access your iCloud+ subscription and pay the same price.

If you are moving your residence, you will need to cancel your subscription, wait for it to expire, change your region and then sign up for the iCloud+ again in the Philippines.
