Under “Add a device to the list” at Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in has the steps you’ll need depending on the iPadOS version you’re using.
If you’re referring to being able to locate your iPad with your other devices, you’d need to ensure you’re logged into iCloud on your iPad and have Find My enabled. Set up Find My on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac can help you to complete that process.
