iPhone 13 Pro Promotion stutter

I’ve been using the iPhone 13 Pro for a few days now. While the 120HZ does seem smooth. It’s also been stuttering a lot. Very noticeable during scrolling. It can be very distracting. Has anyone else experienced this issue before.

120 hz doesn’t feel smooth I bought my iPhone 13 Pro back in December of 2021. I noticed today while I’m recording a video of my screen on my iPhone 13 Pro the scrolling is way smoother than just scrolling without video recording. Is this a software or hardware bug?
