Got a new iPhone but did not transfer my passwords. How do I get them back?

Go to Settings > Your Name, iCloud, Media & Purchases
Tap iCloud
Turn on Keychain if that is off
If you had Keychain on the previous phone that is how passwords are remembered. If you did not have Keychain on that phone, passwords won't have been remembered and will need to be entered again.
